Our warranty for each watch lasts 1-year and we also offer 60 day returns if you are not satisfied with the piece that you've bought
Each order is processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends)
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number in your email inbox. Each order takes 5-10 business days to arrive.

Our shipping times are generally 5-10 business days, sometimes shorter. Each shipment comes insured with a tracking number to monitor the movement of the watch (no pun intended)
Our watches are water resistant, but not waterproof. We do not recommend submerging, however handwashing/rain will not be an issue.
Our watches are designed and produced between Tokyo & Hong Kong. Our leather is Japanese made as well as our movements.
Our watches use a spring bar system, you are able to change the straps as long as you have a proper tool. We also sell custom strap changes, refurbishing, and exchanges. Please email us at support@rhuya.com for more information
Each watch takes a different approach to time setting. For most of our Japanese Quartz models, simply pull out the latch on the side of the case and set your correct time. Push the latch in to start the movement. We use Miyoda movement for the highest accuracy in all our time pieces
Our watches are custom made with precise craftsmanship & high quality materials - so each collection has its own set of foundational materials use. Each watch will have a description & specification where you can find all the information regarding the timepiece
